Dinner Saint is a meal subscription service that delivers dinner on Mondays. Your subscription will begin on the first Monday following your order submission.

Red Beans & Rice, Chicken & Andouille Sausage Gumbo, and Yakamein.

Please place orders before 5:00PM on Friday to receive dinner for the following Monday.

Your order will be delivered on Monday between 4:00PM and 6:00PM.

For Red Beans & Rice and Gumbo:

To reheat in a microwave

Remove the lid from the beans or gumbo and microwave for 2 minutes. Let it sit for a minute and stir.
Heat an additional 30 seconds if needed. Remove the lid from the rice and microwave separately for 30 seconds.

To reheat over stovetop
Beans and Gumbo may also be heated on a stovetop over low heat, stirring frequently until they come to temperature.
Heat rice in a small pan by first adding a tablespoon of water and bringing up to temperature over low heat.

For Yakamein:

To reheat in a microwave

Remove the lid and microwave for 2 minutes. Let it sit for a minute and stir. Heat an additional 30 seconds if needed.

To reheat over stovetop

Reheat Yakamein in a pot over low heat, stirring frequently until it comes to a simmer.

Everyone likes their dishes slightly differently!

Like it a little thinner?
Add a tablespoon of water until they reach your preferred consistency.

Want it a bit spicier?
We like Crystal hot sauce but you can add whatever’s your favorite.

Wish it had more salt?
Sprinkle some on there just mind your blood pressure and don’t overdo it.

No, delivery is not included. We charge a flat $4 fee per delivery whether you order one order or ten orders each week.

Dinner Saint currently delivers within a 10-mile radius of the 70118 zip code.

Charges will be processed at the time you place your first subscription order. After that, charges will be processed weekly on Friday at midnight prior to your upcoming delivery on Monday.

You can always pause or change your order under “Subscriptions” when logged into your account.  Under the “My Account” link, you will see a “Subscriptions” tab.  You can manage your subscription here. If you want to pause meals for upcoming weeks, you can change the date next to “You are selecting meals for your order on:” and we will automatically pause your subscription through the date you selected so you can ensure you continue to get your dinners on the date you selected! If you manually click “Pause”, your subscription will be paused indefinitely until you “Activate” it again. Please make any changes before 5:00PM on Friday.

At Dinner Saint our goal is not only to create and deliver great New Orleans comfort food, our aim is to deliver it safely. In the spirit of that, we’re taking Covid-19 very seriously.

Our kitchen is Louisiana Department of Health certified and meets and exceeds all of the required safety protocols. When food is being prepared the chef wears a mask the entire time on site.

Food is packaged for delivery before our delivery team arrives.

When they pick up the orders, everyone is required to wear a mask and maintain 6 feet of distance.

All deliveries are “contactless” so you can remain safe while securing your meal.
